the bobbins, which means the traverse of the wire is controlled
by hand and not by a machine. Final fit/finish and assembly
of each pickup is also done by hand. While efforts have been
made to mimic hand guiding with machines, there’s just
something special in the tone of a hand crafted pickup - a
“personality” imparted by the craftsman toiling
