Bassman Project from Iceland

Bassman Transformation by Throstur Vidisson from Reykjavík, Iceland. Bassman upgrade project, a complete tear down and re-assembly with a Board and Filter Kit from Hatcher Amps. The grounding scheme used was designed by Ron Hatcher of Hatcher Amps and idles mouse quiet. Since these photos were taken, Throstur, has installed some new speakers, (2) Weber Blue Pups and (2) Silvers along with a High Gain mod which will geve this amp plenty of bark and bite.

Throstur was kind enough to send me a CD full of photos of his project. I'm always impressed be the workmanship of so many of the DIY-ers out there but this one stood way out in front as you will see. If your panning on building an amp and need a goal to aim for, this is the one.
